We check your requested vehicle availability with your trip details. If the vehicle is available, we prepare and send a rental quote to you showing the rental cost breakdown. If your requested vehicle is not available, we will inform you what we have available for your trip dates in your area.

The rental quote is processed by email. NOTE: There is No Obligation at this point from you or from us. Only a paid confirmed reservation can insure you have a slot for one of our specialty rental vehicles.

Simply give us a call when you can and we will turn your rental quote into a reservation.

A reservation is the only way we hold a particular vehicle for your trip dates. Reserve as far in advance as you can. Only a paid reservation will hold your exact vehicle for your travel dates afteryour account has been approved and setup.

Step 3. Provide Basic Rental Docs

Providing the normal type documents is done completely through email and might take you 2 minutes.

We need a Snap Pic or screenshot of the following. Snap Pics means smart phone photo picture. We do NOT accept photo copies or scanned copies of any required rental documents.

It is easiest to do this by simply replying to our Account Setup email sent to you requesting the travel documents after the reservation has been completed; however, you can open a new email or simply text us the rental documents if you find that easier. 

  • Driver license of each driver
  • Insurance card / document snap pic or screenshot showing that each driver has full coverage auto insurance or is an assigned driver on the policy of the main renter. We will call EACH renters provided insurance information to confirm it is in full effect at the time the rental is picked up and we will call each day the rental is in process to confirm that no changes are made to the coverages.
  • Picture of your credit card used to make the payment for the rental: front & Back.
    1. We need to CLEARLY see the last 4 digits of the credit card number with all the other digits blocked out by a pen, pencil, key, or anything else you have available.
    2. We need to see the name on the credit card
    3. We need to see the issuing bank.
    4. We need to be able to clearly make out if the payment credit card is a credit card or debit card. Debit cards that process like a credit card are NOT credit cards and will be treated as a debit card for all rental policies. You can always settle your final bill using a debit card, PayPal, Venmo, etc if you choose. 

In about 24 hours after we receive your rental docs, our processing department will review them and reply back to you that all is in order or if we need something else.  

After that, we just wait for your travel dates to arrive.

Driver License

Each driver is required to be listed on the rental agreement and provide a VALID, NON-Expired drivers license with the name matching to all other rental documents. We do not accept licenses that have the Temporary stamp on it.

25% Deposit To Hold A Reservation

A 25% partial payment will hold your exact vehicle for the date(s) requested.

Changes can be made up to 7 days prior to the trip date for an additional $150 fee. Reservations must be paid in full within 7 days of rental start date or risk forfeiture of the 25% hold deposit. Reservation deposits can be transferred to a different, available car or rental date upto 7 days of the date of pick up. If a trip is cancelled for any reason, deposits and fees will not be refunded.

100% Reservation Payment(s)

Pay in full at the time of reservation to receive our super Flexible CancellationPolicy: Cancel for a full refund or change a reservation in writing up to 2 days before your scheduled trip date without penalty or fee. Reservation adjustments 48 hours before the scheduled trip are only $45.00.

Unauthorized Drivers

If any unauthorized driver(s) is found driving our vehicles, the RENTER will be held 100% responsible and agrees to pay a fine of $2,500 along with any and all additional fines and fees billed to them. The official renter(s) is also responsible for any damage or expenses caused by a known, unknown and / or unauthorized driver.

Security Deposit: Low As $100

At Time Of Reservation – Debit Card Accepted

No Security deposit required to place your reservation. You can use your Debit or Credit Card to make the reservation payment.

At Time Of Delivery – Credit Cards Gets Lower Security Deposit

A $100 Refundable Security Deposit is taken when using your American Express Platinum Card.

Small refundable security deposit required if using a Basic Credit Card from a recognized bank (Chase, Bank Of America, Wells, etc) at the time of delivery. Our security deposits are based on a security risk model that considers the following:

  • Car being rented
  • The renter’s age
  • The method of payment. Credit Card usage is prefered and is the most cost effective. If we accept Debit Card usage for the security deposit, the required refundable security deposit will be higher (starting at $2,500.00). Other rental restrictions may apply.
  • Other key security items.

Example

  • Renter is 30+ years old paying Security Deposit with an American Express Platinum card: $100 security deposit required. 
  • Renter is 30+ years old paying Security Deposit with a regular Credit Card: $1,000 security deposit required.
  • Renter is 30+ years old paying Security Deposit with a Debit Card: $2,500 security deposit required.

Please feel free to call us for a quick Refundable Security Deposit quote over the phone. You will be asked multiple questions regarding, age, current insurance, payment method, etc.

We can only offer this service if the caller answers the requested questions. In other words, if the caller refuses to answer the requested questions, no estimated security deposit can be offered.

How To Pay For Your Rental

Rental Payments 

  • Debit cards can be used to pay the rental charges and the refundable security deposit; however, the refundable security deposit is far less by using a Credit Card.
  • If using AMEX, both deposit and rental will be required to be paid with the same card. NOTE: If the renter is 30+ and has everything requested except a credit card, we can consider the rental as a whole and set a security deposit based on using a debit card inplace of a credit card. 
  • All cards must have the official Visa, MasterCard, or other official logos on them & must match the renter’s name on a valid government provided I.D.
  • ACH payments: instant Bank to Bank wire
  • PayPal. Used for rental payment but not refundable security deposit. 
  • CashApp, Venmo, & Zelle: Used for rental payment but not refundable security deposit. 
  • Wire transfer: Used for rental payment but not refundable security deposit. 
  • Cash filled cards are not accepted.

Insurance Requirements

For EACH rental (AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY) we call the insurance company to confirm that all provided policy information is accurate and is in good standing for the term on the trip.

Each day of the rental term, we call to confirm no changes have been made to the insurance policy provided.

Planning a weekend trip, have a commercial policy or your auto insurance is NOT from one of the major carriers (State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, etc) please provide us with proof of insurance at least 48 hours before your trip starts.

  • INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: Renter(s) MUST demonstrate that they have  full coverage personal or business auto insurance on at least one vehicle they own anywhere in the USA or Canada. Type of car you have does not matter. Each driver is required to provide / use their own personal auto insurance that covers any liability claim up to 100k/300k/50k and has full comprehensive & collision coverage with a maximum $1,000 deductible. Renter(s) can be listed as a driver on a family member’s insurance policy living in the same household. The policyholder is the one who rents the vehicle with the listed driver(s) as additional driver(s) on the rental agreement.
  • CANADIAN RENTERS: Most Canadian auto insurance policies will transfer to US rentals. Extra coverage may be needed if Canadian guest(s) are renting vehicles worth more than $75,000 Canadian dollars. This can easily be accomplished for free by using your credit card that has supplemental (extra) rental car coverage protection. We also accept several 3rd party insurance companies.
  • COMMERCIAL INSURANCE: Commercial auto insurance policies are accepted. Coverage must be confirmed before the trip starts. We will accommodate all rental requests the best we can but may be restricted due to access to the renter’s insurance coverages.  A $75 processing fee will apply to commercial policy usage. Commercial policies must have the Hired Car, Borrowed Car, or Non Owned Car endorsement on their policy and it is transferable to our rental. Commercial policies must cover the replacement cost of the rental vehicle. Maximum insurance deductible is $1,000

The renter(s) agree to be fined $2,500.00 if they allow a driver not listed on the rental agreement.

4 Hour Unlimited Mile Addon Package

The 4 hour unlimited mile add on package is good within a 50 mile radius of the pick up location. If the guest travels outside of the allowed 50 miles radius, the rental contract will revert to a per mile cost for all miles over the standardly allowed miles for a similar rental. Miles from one unlimited package is not transferable to another rental.

Unlimited Mile Addon Package – 1 Day (24 Hour) +

The unlimited mile add on package is good within a 75 mile radius of the pick up location. If the guest travels outside of the allowed 75 miles radius, the rental contract will revert to a per mile cost for all miles over the standardly allowed miles for a similar rental. Miles from one unlimited package is not transferable to another rental.

Unlimited Miles Available

Each rental comes with an allocated number of free miles. The guest can buy an Unlimited number of miles over and above the miles allocated for each rental. Example: guests get 200 miles free with their rental but use 300 during the rental period: 300-200=100 x the amount per mile listed for their vehicle.

4 Hour Rentals

Daily Rentals – One to Two days

  • Call us the day you want to have an adventure and we will let you know what is available
  • We take reservations for a single day rental most of the year; however, during peak travel season (February 1st to May 31st), certain vehicles may restrict weekend rentals to a two (2) day rental minimum.

Weekly / Monthly Rentals – Renewable Every 29 Days

  • We take reservations for weekly rentals up to 29 days
  • Rentals can be extended every 29 days
  • Weekly rentals can be made available to all of Florida.
Cancellation Policy

Paid In Full Cancellation & Change Policy

Here is our cancellation policy, no show policy, reschedule policy, and early return policy. After a reservation is made, we charge your payment card for your agreed upon rental price.

100% Reservation Payment

  • Pay in full at the time of reservation to receive our super Flexible Cancelation Policy: Cancel for a full refund or change a reservation in writing up to 2 days before your scheduled trip date and times without penalty or fee.
  • Reservation(s) adjustments 48 hours before scheduled trip dates are only $45.00.
  • Cancel a reservation in writing within 48 hours of your trip date and time: $275.
  • Do not show to pick up your reservation or notify us in writing that you can not make your trip, 100% forfeiture of all trip payments made.

Gift Certificates are great birthday, wedding, or anniversary gifts. They are also a wonderful special thank you gift. They can be used towards any available vehicle and for any available trip date within two (2) years of purchase.

They are not transferable or cancelable once purchased. They are only valid if used by the recipient of the gift. Guests must fully qualify as a driver. Guests must post a refundable security deposit at time of delivery.

Age Requirements

Renters 25+

Minimum age requirements are strictly enforced. Any renter that allows someone under age or not on the rental agreement to drive our vehicle agrees to pay a fine of $2,500 and be 100% responsible for any and all fines, fees, and cost we bill to them. The official renter(s) is also responsible for any damage or expanse caused by a knowing or unknown unauthorized driver.

Young Drivers 21 – 24

We have had many fantastic younger renters; however, the car rental industry classifies all renters under 25 as Young Renters. We welcome young renters but will consider each request on a case by case basis. The minimum requirements accepted from a young renter are as follows:

  • Renter must have full coverage auto insurance in their name or be listed as a driver on a family member’s insurance policy living in the same household. If you are a listed driver on another’s policy, we will consider each rental request on a case by case basis. 
  • Younger renters must use a CREDIT CARD (NO DEBIT CARDS or other payment methods ACCEPTED for under 25 renters) in THEIR name to pay for the rental and security deposit. 
  • Renter must have a valid driver license in their name that has been in good standing for at least 3 years: NO TICKETS FOR DUI, RECKLESS DRIVING, ETC 
  • Clean social profile
  • A 25% surcharge will be added to the reservation cost due to the renter being a young renter; under 25 years old. No Exceptions

BE RESPECTFUL. We applaud all the successful young renters that have been fortunate enough to make a few bucks and now want to enjoy some R & R.  Two thumbs up! However, there are many restrictions set up by insurance companies and the likes that we have to follow. They simply do not care how much money you have in your pocket today or what some Black Listed  3rd party brokerage website is doing.

Miscellaneous Fees Etc.

Miscellaneous Fees. Most Common Items

    • Please, NO smoking in or around the car. Smoking in or around rental: $500. HUGE no,no.
    • Please, NO hanging air fresheners or perfume cover ups in or around the car. Perfume Cover ups in or around rental: $500. HUGE no,no.
    • VIP Pick Up or Return Service is dependent on the location. Guests pays any parking fees.
    • Toll & plate transponder is active on all rentals. We do NOT charge a per day or per trip activation fee. We only charge a transaction fee of approx $ .50 for each time it is used. Never use it and there is no charge. Use it twice and the service fee is only $ .50 x 2= $1.00. Can not get a better deal than that.
    • Basic Cleaning $29.95 assessed to every rental. Charges apply on any trip one day or longer.
    • Cleaning above Basic starts at $79.95. This may include excessive sand in car, suntan location and other stains, excessive bug collection, pet hair, human or animal vomiting, etc
    • State required fees: Sales tax, License recovery fee: $2.00 a day, ect.
    • Tickets parking or otherwise: $59.95 + ticket
    • Gas replacement: $5.95 one time charge + cost of gas
    • Damaged to body, rims, tires, or Etc: $250 + repair cost
    • Interior dry out if top is left down: $229.95 plus any damage caused
    • Late return past reservation time WITHOUT our acceptance: $125 per hour
    • 25%  Young Driver Fee will be added to all reservations where any driver is under 25 years old. Fee can be waived if the renter shows above average level of responsibility and has rented from us on two other occasions. This is 100% our discretion!
    • 25% International traveler fee (except Canada) fee will be added to all reservations where any driver holds an international driver’s license.
