By using this service, you accept the terms of this Listing Agreement you are also agreeing to abide by the terms of the Visitor Agreement and the Privacy Statement stated here by reference.

Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com is the most recognized name in car leasing, making us the largest global car lease marketplace.

If your goal is to transfer your lease to another party, Exotic Luxury is available to assist you in doing exactly that. Exotic Luxury is designed to match those who want to get out of their leases with those who want to assume a lease. One of the many services Exotic Luxury provides is the verification of credit. We verify the buyer’s credit in order for you, the seller, to only communicate with Buyers who qualify. The Buyer must pass minimum credit requirements to have direct communication with the seller. That way, you are not wasting your time with a buyer who does not meet the minimum credit requirements to lease a vehicle. These services are what differentiates Exotic Luxury from all other advertising companies.

Here at Exotic Luxury, we work hard in making the listing process as simple and quick as possible for you. You can create your listing in a matter of minutes. Your Exotic Luxury listing provides buyers with a complete list of detailed information about your vehicle, including the option to post up to 15 photos. Providing pictures of your vehicle is a great way to attract buyers. It allows for buyers to be reassured that your car looks and is in the exact condition of what is being told to them through your listing. You are also able to offer an incentive. If your lease payment is too high, there’s a good chance that after seeing your payment information, a potential buyer will overlook your ad. This is where you would offer an incentive so that your car lease payments are competitive with other cars in the market.

Most leasing companies allow for full lease transfers and lease assumptions. For example, Mercedes Benz Financial, BMW Financial, Mini Financial, Rolls Royce Financial, Lexus Financial, Toyota Financial, Ford Motor Credit, Ally Bank, and US Bank. Some leasing companies will only approve of the transfer by adding the new lessee to your account and listing you as the guarantor. The leasing companies that do this are Nissan Motors, Honda Financial, and VW Credit. There are also companies that may not allow lease transfers, for example, Hyundai/Kia Motors and Chase Bank. Please verify your leasing company’s transfer policies or restrictions before listing your vehicle.

Leasing companies generally charge a fee to transfer a lease, which is usually paid by the buyer. 

ADVERTISING YOUR LEASED VEHICLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE IN ANY WAY THAT IT WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFERRED OR ASSUMED BY ANOTHER PARTY; OR THAT YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO FULFILL YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION WITH YOUR LEASING COMPANY. ALL PROCESSED AND BILLED LISTING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Advertising Fees

SELLER
It is the Seller’s responsibility to maintain and update their advertisements to assure that the information contained is accurate and correct.

Advertising Fees
You will see the current advertising rates when posting your lease vehicle. All processed and billed advertising/listing fees and upgrades are Non-Refundable.

Vehicle Listing Upgrade Fees
Choose several optional features to help promote and enhance your listing. Please note that these fees are non-refundable and some of them are for a limited time.

At the initiation of the transfer process*, it is the Seller’s responsibility to update their vehicle status to transferring mode and to pay their commission fee. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting all discounts and rebates and possible charge of penalties**.

Seller Commission Fee – $249.95
In addition to the advertising fee, Exotic Luxury charges the Seller a one-time commission fee at the initiation of the lease transfer process* with an interested party provided directly or indirectly by Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com.

Instant Transfer Rebate – $100.00
A $100.00 (One Hundred Dollar) Instant Commission Rebate offer is available to the Seller when starting the transfer process online.

Transfer Cancellation Policy/Commission Refund for the Seller
In the event that your vehicle transfer does not go through, your one-time paid commission fee rolls over towards your next buyer automatically. The refund or cancellation request must be made in writing, within 30 days of the original payment, using the Contact Us link located on the Homepage of the Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com website.

Please provide your name, your vehicle listing number and the reason for the cancellation or refund request. Request for refund will not be accepted by telephone.  Refund requests will be honored for the paid commission fee-only, minus a $119.00 administrative cost. Once reviewed and approved, you may be eligible for a refund in the original method of payment.

Any request for advertising cancellation must be done in writing by clicking the Contact US link on the home page of Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com. The request may take effect within 3 business days.

Removed vehicles and/or expired memberships still need to adhere to Exotic Luxury terms and conditions.

Removing an ad or allowing for a membership to expire does not release Seller or Buyer from fees and the responsibilities under Exotic Luxury’s terms and conditions.

Any request for cancellation will take effect within 3 business days and should be directed via e-mail.

Refund Policy
All advertising and billed listing fees are Non-Refundable.
Programs and fees may vary by the type of selected options for your listing.

Rates
Exotic Luxury reserves the right to revise rates, terms and specifications contained in the current listing rates.

The material that appears on Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before conducting any transaction, including but not limited to, the transfer of your automobile lease, advertised on the Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com web site, you should verify all information with your leasing contract (including, where the lease of a vehicle is concerned, the monthly lease payments, inception fees, taxes, lease term, lease-end buyout, excess mileage charge, total allowed mileage) that is important to your decision and the condition of the vehicle. Exotic Luxury is not responsible for and does not guarantee the performance of, any such goods or services and Exotic Luxury reserves the right to deny the use of this service to anyone who uses the service in a manner we consider inappropriate.

You hereby represent and warrant that (a) you have all necessary authority, rights and permissions to submit the detailed information to us; (b) you give us the right to gather, contact and submit this information with your corresponding leasing companies. By accepting this agreement you give Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com the right to contact the leasing company on your behalf.

You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold Exotic Luxury, its affiliates, the licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, demands or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from any refusal to transfer, removal, deletion, movement, editing or other use of the information you have provided..

Ownership of Listings and Copyrights
Exotic Luxury is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. The materials on this site are the property of Exotic Luxury or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. The contents of this Web Site, such as text, graphics, images and other material (“Material”) are protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. You hereby grant Exotic Luxury a non-exclusive license to publish and promote all listings and information you provide us. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose without prior written permission from Exotic Luxury.

Exotic Luxury is not responsible for any damage or loss to any listings, copy, drawings, and art or any other materials you provide. You hereby agree that by placing a listing on Exotic Luxury, you hereby grant a license to Exotic Luxury, all copyrights and other ownership rights in the listing, including the right to publish, reproduce, display, adapt, transmit, or produce derivative works in any medium, including any digital electronic medium.

When you list a vehicle, we may obtain additional distribution for your listing through our relationships with other websites. Neither Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com nor any website through which we distribute your listing will charge you any additional fee for this additional exposure. It’s just added value from Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com.

User Registration
User shall provide Exotic Luxury with complete, accurate information as to his or her real name, valid e-mail address and phone numbers provided by at the time of registration. In each case, failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. No User may select or use a username or e-mail address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or entity; use a username or e-mail address subject to the rights of any person other than User without authorization; use a username in violation of the intellectual property rights of any person; or use a username that Exotic Luxury, at its sole discretion, deems offensive.

Password Disclosure
User acknowledges that his or her right to use this Web Site and other products or services offered by Exotic Luxury is unique or specific to User and is not transferable by assignment, sub-license, or any other method to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer User’s right to use this Web site is void and shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

User shall take any and all actions necessary to maintain the privacy of his or her password. In the event User has reason to believe that a third party has access to User’s account, User shall promptly notify Exotic Luxury (by phone).

Responsibility of LeaseTrader
Exotic Luxury shall display the listings submitted by you on Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com (the Site) subject to your listing remaining in good standing. Exotic Luxury reserves the right to reject and/or remove any listing submitted by you for any reason.

Special positions for your listing(s) are not guaranteed. However, some special positions may be available for a premium. In our effort to provide you with committed and suitable take-over candidates, we may require candidates to undergo a pre-screening process. Please note that these are Exotic Luxury’s SOLE responsibilities

-Advertising a lease does not guarantee in any way that your lease will be successfully transferred nor that you will not be required to fulfill your obligations with your leasing company.

Our pre-screening process does not guarantee that the take-over candidate will obtain the approval of your leasing company to take over or assume your lease.

Exotic Luxury may, from time to time, offer services to expedite and enhance your lease transfer experience.

Important Lease Information
All lease transfers, terminations, and assumptions require the approval of the financial institution listed as the “Lessor” in your lease contract. Some financial institutions may charge fees in connection with transferring a lease. These fees are separate from any fees paid by you to Exotic Luxury and are solely your responsibility.

Communication during Transaction
Exotic Luxury is not involved in and is not responsible for, the actual transactions between the transaction parties. Exotic Luxury has no control over the quality, safety or legality of any of the leased assets posted on the Web Site, the truth or accuracy of the information about the leased asset, or the ability of the current lessees to assign, or of the prospective new lessees to assume, such leased asset. We also cannot guarantee that either party will complete a lease transfer transaction. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more members of the transaction parties, you hereby release Exotic Luxury, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents (collectively “Exotic Luxury Affiliates”), from all claims, demands and damages arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. 

In addition, current lessees and prospective new lessees negotiate for the potential lease transfer of leased assets on an anonymous basis. Accordingly, there remain risks of prospective new lessees or current lessees acting under false pretense. Exotic Luxury cannot and does not confirm or verify the identity of each user or that each user is who or what it claims to be. We expect that you will use caution when using this Web Site and the Services.

Exotic Luxury does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of communications posted by other Users or endorses any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.

User shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from any uploading, posting, or submission. Furthermore, you may not list any item on our site (or consummate any lease transfer that was initiated using our service) that, by paying to us the transaction fee, could cause us to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

You agree not to take any actions which may undermine the integrity of Exotic Luxury’s feedback system, such as leaving negative feedback if a user fails to perform some action that is outside the scope of the lease transfer transaction

Important Obligations
You guarantee that any listing you submit is truthful and in compliance with all copyright laws and all other applicable laws and regulations. You guarantee that you shall conduct yourself ethically in the use of the Site and in any transaction resulting from said use.

When listing you leased vehicle, you hereby grant and authorize Exotic Luxury to contact your finance company to verify the provided lease information and lease ownership including but not limited to: lease account information, mailing address, term of lease, progress on lease transfers, and verification that you have the rights to transfer the leased vehicle and to verify the current status of the transfer process.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Services, and operation of the Web site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Exotic Luxury with respect to the subject matter hereof

Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Florida, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or Exotic Luxury may seek any interim or preliminary equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida or another court of competent jurisdiction, necessary to protect the respective property rights pending the completion of arbitration. You hereby consent to the state and federal courts in the State of Florida.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pinellas, Florida, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or Exotic Luxury may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas, Florida necessary to protect the rights or property of you or Exotic Luxury pending the completion of arbitration.

General
Exotic Luxury is a Florida Company. Exotic Luxury makes no claims that the Materials are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as expressly provided in a particular Legal Notice or material on particular Web pages, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Exotic Luxury with respect to the use of Web Site.
Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing, signed by an authorized representative of Exotic Luxury.
If you disagree with any material you find on Exotic-Luxury-Rental.com, we invite you to bring to our attention any material you believe to be inaccurate. Please forward a copy of the material to our Customer Service Manager by sending an email, along with an explanation of your objection. If you are an owner of intellectual property who believes your intellectual property has been improperly posted or distributed via this website, please notify us by sending an email.
