A: ELR will pay you via direct deposit within 3- 5 business days. You’ll earn 50% to 90% of the trip price, depending on the vehicle service package you choose.
Q: How is renter's proof of insurance handled?
A: We confirm renter’s insurance coverages directly with their carrier before each trip.
Q. Do you sell extra insurance coverage?
A: No.
We only rent to guests that have full coverage auto insurance on a vehicle they own in the USA or Canada. The guest’s insurance must be transferred to the rental to protect the guest and the vehicle during the rental period. Full coverage means liability, comprehensive, and collision.
We do offer the guest a few additional 3rd party protection plans that can be beneficial if something unexpected was to happen.

Q: How is the condition of my vehicle documented before & after trips?
A: By the taking a full set of trip pics at the trime of delivery and return.

A. A damage claim is filed with the guest’s insurance
